These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of goods from Australian Plasterboard Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. General
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.


2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities
  • refuse or cancel orders
  • discontinue products at any time

Product images and descriptions are for general guidance only and may vary slightly from actual goods.


3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In such cases, you will be contacted and given the option to proceed or cancel.


4. Orders
An order is not accepted until it has been confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse any order
  • cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse

5. Payment
Full payment is required prior to dispatch or collection unless otherwise agreed.


6. Shipping and Delivery
All deliveries are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Delivery operates on scheduled runs and capacity limits. Orders may be delayed to the next available delivery slot.


7. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Title (ownership) of goods remains with Australian Plasterboard Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.


8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect selection
  • surplus materials

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that:

  • are faulty
  • are not as described
  • are not fit for purpose

Claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe and may require evidence.


9. Product Use and Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:

  • ensuring products are suitable for their intended use
  • proper handling, storage, and installation

We are not liable for damage resulting from:

  • incorrect installation
  • improper handling or storage
  • misuse of products

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Australian Plasterboard Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss
  • loss of profit, revenue, or business
  • delays in delivery or supply

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.


11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Australian Plasterboard Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our products or breach of these Terms.


12. Website Use
You agree not to:

  • misuse the website
  • attempt to interfere with its operation
  • use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

13. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.


15. Delivery, Handling and On-Site Damage

Once goods are delivered to the nominated address, all responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

Australian Plasterboard Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • damage occurring after delivery, including during unloading, handling, or on-site movement
  • damage caused by third-party contractors, trades, or equipment
  • environmental exposure including weather, moisture, or improper storage
  • breakage, warping, or deterioration due to incorrect storage conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • appropriate equipment and labour is available to safely receive and handle goods
  • goods are stored in suitable conditions immediately upon delivery

Any damage or issues with delivered goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to inspect or request evidence before determining any remedy.
