Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Australian Plasterboard Pty Ltd, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Shipping Costs
All shipping, delivery, freight, handling, and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided upon request for quoted deliveries.

Delivery Categories

1. Metro Delivery (within 90km of Perth CBD)

  • Next business day delivery is offered where possible.
  • Next day delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to order volume, operational capacity, and scheduling availability.

Metro deliveries operate on a limited number of daily delivery slots.
Once capacity is reached:

  • Orders will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot
  • Delivery will occur according to our next available schedule or timetable

2. Regional Delivery (within 160km of Perth CBD)

  • Delivery is available to regional areas within 160km of Perth CBD
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2 or more business days
  • Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and depend on scheduling, demand, and logistics

All regional deliveries are subject to delivery run availability and capacity limits

3. Remote Delivery (Rest of Western Australia)

  • Remote deliveries are available by freight quote only
  • Orders will display: “Call for Quote”
  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on location, freight provider, and conditions

Pickup (Click & Collect)

  • Pickup is available from our warehouse:
    U4/164 Barrington Street, Bibra Lake WA 6163
  • Orders are typically ready within 1 hour during business hours, subject to stock availability

Delivery Scheduling & Capacity
All delivery services (Metro, Regional, Remote) operate on limited daily capacity and scheduled runs

  • Orders are allocated based on available delivery slots
  • If all slots are filled, orders will be delivered in the next available schedule or delivery run
  • We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates or times

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Ensure safe and suitable site access for delivery
  • Be available to receive goods where required

Failure to meet these conditions may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Additional delivery charges
  • Rescheduling to a later delivery run

Risk and Liability
All risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Australian Plasterboard Pty Ltd is not responsible for:

  • delivery delays outside our control
  • failure to meet estimated delivery timeframes
  • third-party freight delays (remote deliveries)

General Conditions
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify delivery schedules
  • adjust delivery methods or providers
  • refuse delivery where site access or conditions are unsafe
